Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. ─ Psalm 37:4
My dear friend, I’m an ordinary woman. I’m a believer, a wife, a mom, a minister, and a woman of prayer. I grew up in church. However, my personal relationship with Jesus was immature so in my twenties, I found myself living in the Prodigal Nation for several, messed-up years. During this season I met and married my husband.
Fast forward, my husband, Mike and I have been married for nearly three decades. My husband walked into the Kingdom of God on March 14, 2019 and was baptized on our 27th wedding anniversary, a sweet gift from my Father in Heaven. However, for many years I lived out my faith in a spiritually mismatched marriage.
In 2006 I began an online ministry that serves others who are married to unbelievers who desire to honor God, their spouse, and marriage covenant. This ministry remains a blessing to my heart and I dearly love all who join me online as well as the many who find encouragement reading my books, specific to spiritually mismatched marriages and parenting.
My marriage was the cradle that birthed my growing faith and understanding of the Lord’s Kingdom. Through the years I’ve learned to love the Word of God, I’ve developed intimacy with our Lord, His Son and the Holy Spirit and I love the Bride of Christ. The love of the Father and the church is at the heart of all ministry in which I serve.
My faith life has matured over the years and today I choose to live every day in the playground of the Holy Spirit. I also study with expectancy in the classroom of wisdom and revelation where Jesus instructs, and the Holy Spirit leads. You might find me any day of the week somewhere on the Kingdom teeter-tottering between wonderment and in awe of God, to the silly and outlandish. I’m always sheltered under the steady hand of our good Father, the Creator of life.
Living in His Presence and listening to His voice has become my daily pursuit. And from the depths of my heart, I yearn for every child of God to encounter and experience the mysteries, the marvels, and the miraculous that is available as coheirs with Christ.
Thank you for allowing me to spend time with you as you walk your faith journey. I’m deeply humbled and grateful.
May your heart, hopes, dreams, and faith-life become a playground for the Holy Spirit. And may you walk in bold and remarkable faith, in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. AMEN
He rewards those who earnestly seek him. —Hebrews 11:6b
