Kingdom Legal Structure

The lesson to perceive here is that humanity lost their dominion. Remember dominion was given to Adam and Eve.

Dominion Defined: the territory of a sovereign or government.

The Kingdom realm is a government. And this government is set up to prosper and bless the children of God. So, this begs the question. So what happened?

This is how I explain this process when I’m praying with or coaching someone. Before time began God wrote a book about each of us.

Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. —Psalm 139:16

Our book contains all the original designs of our being. It contains all the mandates, callings, ministry, work, relationships and purposes of God for our entire life. It also contains all the provisions, blessings, plans, blueprints and angelic assistance we will require to achieve the plans for our lives.

The more we are aligned with Kingdom truth and intimacy with God, the more we will experience fulfilment of our book and fulfillment and contentment in life. However, when we step out of alignment, through believing a lie, through generational sin, curses and other forms of evil that I will write about later, then we become a captive of the enemy.

As a captive, we are owned. Think of it like this. The Bible speaks of breaking chains and Jesus commands us to free the captives. Well, that’s because it’s legit. In the spiritual realm when we turn away from God’s truth and embrace a lie, in a way we make a legal agreement with the demonic. We allow the demon to place a chain upon our soul or worse, we are stabbed by implements of evil which remain until uncovered and dealt with in prayer.

Once in captivity, the Lord will and He does send us blessings, provision and more than we ask or need. But our captor now holds our life in the chains of his control. And he then shakes his evil agreement toward God and tells Him, “I legally have rights to this life. She surrendered it to me when she believed __(LIE)________. You can’t bless her.” And in fact, often the enemy will steal the blessings mean for us and then take it to satan’s trophy room. I’ve seen it. It’s vast and contains vast numbers of unclaimed mantels, crowns, scepters, money, and much more. I’ve raided that room. But, alas, a story for another day.

Okay, that’s a lot to take in. What we must do is figure out what are the lies. Get ourselves free. Ask God to reveal what’s in our book and then we can move forward.

So, this week, it’s time to pray and ask the Lord, “Where am I held captive?”

What are your thoughts? Love you, Lynn
